Here in Ohio there will be a vote to change the state constitution to put slot machines in the race tracks and a few other places in the Cleveland area, and through out the state. This is to be able to raise over a Billion dollars a year for every child to go to collage.

My thought is why doesn't this money be ear marked for the elementary school ages, get the kids started of on the right foot. No I don't have kids that age ,actually my son starts collage next year. Sure I would like to have it paid for, but it seem to me, get the kid educated when they are starting to learn in the early stages.
